Fall Paddle

4 MN II's

Craig Long sent us this photo of their four Minnesota II's parked in the reeds after a long days paddle on Carp Lake, in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Mike Barbieri shot this photo of his buddy Matt with a nice BWCA smallie caught on Lake Insula on their way to see the Fishdance Pictographs.

Cameron County Canoe and Kayak Race

John Koenig shot his photo 6 miles into the Cameron County Canoe and Kayak Race. The lead canoe is a MN II, the boat on the left is an old model Wenonah down river racer, and the 3rd canoe is an 18' Jensen that went on to win in the last 1/4 mile of the 12 mile race.

 

"The 90-Miler"

Phyllis Koenig shot this photo as she was waiting for the start of "The 90-Miler" Adirondack Canoe Classic. Day one began on Old Forge Lake. The boats pictured are Kevlar MN II's.

 

MN 3 Team Estrogen

Mary Looby sent us this photo of "Team Estrogen" in a MN 3 rented from Voyageur Canoe Outfitters. Mary said "We, along with two 'token males', spent nine days paddling and camping 'The Man Chain' in the Quetico in 2003."

Sundowner at SunsetAndrew's Smallie

Steven and Andrew Toth from Elkhorn, WI submitted these photos taken in the Quetico Park. The canoe is a Wenonah Sundowner.

Loon Lake

Vern Matthews submitted this photo of two Wenonah canoes (an Adirondack and Itasca) on a High Sierra canoe camping trip on Loon Lake in 2007. Vern said they stopped to do some sightseeing and he managed to grab this aerial shot of the canoes mooring below.

Spirit II down the Rapids

Steve Entingh submitted this photo of Matt and Nate having an afternoon of fun just beyond their base camp in the Quetico, June 2007. Steve said having a Royalex boat on the trip allowed running these rapids during thier fifth summer canoe camping trip.

Steven Toth sent us this photo of his Sundowner in the Quetico Park. Steven says the Sundowner has made the trip to the park 9 times.

Ducks at Sunset

Roger Salzman took this photo at sunset on Indian Lake in the U.P. Michigan. The canoe is a 14' Fisherman.

Mrs. Nofziger with a 16" Crappie she caught on Topock Marsh, Arizona from her Spirit II.

This was a photo taken by Diane Dalberg of her two canoe mates on their Quetico trip this past summer. This pretty scene is somewhere just north of North Bay on Basswood Lake.

Solo Plus Dog

Dan sent us this photo of himself and his best friend Baxter in their favorite canoe. After a few days of popping a 64lb Spirit II on the roof of the Tahoe, Dan decided to make a trip to Mountianman Outfiiters and found a Solo Plus which turned out to be a perfect fit for a 200 pound man and a 75 pound Golden Retriever! Dan also likes the added bonus of having the ability to take one of his seven grandsons along when they visit.
